I’m a service designer currently working at Macmillan Cancer Support. I’m interested in how we can work from macro and micro points of view to deliver services that meet the needs of the people most in need, and change the system for the better.

I lead Mind’s service design work and I am convener of the Third Sector Service design practitioners network: Design Third Sector. I am also exploring the impact of participation in co-design through my PhD at Northumbria University.

Hi I’m Rebecca. I’m the new Service Design lead at Girlguiding UK.
I’ve been helping organisations to listen deeply so that they can design experiences that people love for about 5 years now. I have a varied background in innovation consulting, youth and community work and financial services and love to meet people who have a fresh perspective on the discipline.

Matteo is Service Designer at Shelter, the leading housing and homelessness charity in the UK.
He’s passionate about solving complex problems, interested in human behaviour and intrigued by anything that is about change for the better.
